Its 2016 y’all!
We are so happy to be back and have everyone
safe! We have so much to be thankful for in 2016. We know lots and lots of our
friends, neighbors, and family have lost homes, treasures, belongings etc. We
have had an amazing outpour from the city of Rowlett as well as Garland
Independent School district! Thank you to those who have volunteered to help
clean up, and care for those in need. If you would still like to help our
Pearson families affected by the tornado, we are still accepting gift cards of
any kind (preferably Walmart, Target, or Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) J
For those of you effected, our third
grade team has and will continue to do anything and everything we can to help
your child, and your family. All 5 of us were so ecstatic to see your child’s
bright face here on Monday! We are thankful to you for entrusting us with your
most prized of all. J
If you are someone, or know of someone
who was affected by the tornado over the break, and go to Pearson please click
the link below to get on the GISD list of those families to help. Again, thank
you for trusting us and being so gracious! Let us know if we can do anything to
help.
